    Best codec on Windows

    by Deltaprocess » Mon Oct 16, 2017 6:03 am

    Hello,

i'm wondering which could be the best codec on Windows for a large video file (2800x1050) 10 minutes long.
need it to run smooth with a warping and blending between 2 projectors.. for 40days non-stop.
    Any suggestions?

    cheers

H.264. Check with or without "Use Hardware Acceleration" option. It is on by default, using GPU decompression if possible, but depending on your GPU, CPU decompression can be better.
