I got APA102-2020 LED,it's very smallest,just is 2.0*2.0mm,it has data and clock dual signal,i want to control it by MadMapper,do i need a decorder?or madmapper can directly control it?

The best is to use a LED controller like Advatek Pixlite, Enttec Pixie driver... MadMapper will send ArtNet or sACN over ethernet network that the controller will receive to drive LEDs
