HAP codec proble

Hi.
We have a proble with a video compressed with HAP codec.
It constantly glitch during the reproduction.
Do you have some suggested setting for this thipe of codec?

Windows or macOS ?
On Windows, we don't have hardware acceleration for HAP codec in 3.5. We're beta testing it in 3.6 now. Interrested ? PM me

WIN version.
We alredy tested .mov with H264 and MPEG-4 codec but also with that format the file still glitch.
Can you told me what is the best codec for a HD format file with a total lenght of 9-10 min?

Are you activating audio playback ?
