Playing Surround Sound 5.1 from Madmapper

Hello,
I'm trying to play a video with an embedded 5.1 audio file, when I play it form QuickTime, I'm getting my sound output from the HDMI (configured on Audio Midi Setup) on my mac with a complete 5.1 sound output.
But I import the same media to Madmapper, the soundtracks are played only in Stereo mode.
How can I force Madmapper to play the audio file using the 5.1 channels?
The video file is an H264 codec.
