I'd like to give a shout-out to the MadMapper team - and specifically Matthieu Beghin - for providing the best customer service for a software product I've ever encountered. I've had countless email exchanges with the team over the last year about bugs and feature requests, and I've always gotten prompt and helpful replies. It's obvious that customer engagement is a priority for Garagecube and that is a very good thing.

I probably use the "Feedback" button in MadMapper more than I should, but it is clear that someone is listening. Just wanted to say thanks and keep on doing what you guys do!

I now use MadMapper to control a multitude of lights for shows - LED walls and projectors - and MadMapper has made it easy, thanks to the MM team!
