Sorry we have a problem with the support server at the moment. Support team has to reply support tickets from the mail box, hard work.
I can't reply to your problem. But I can tell what you should check:
- in MadRouter, open the "Control Devices" dialog from menu Tools / Show Devices (Cmd+D)
1- select the "ArtNet-In-0" device and press "Device Setup" button, then check that you selected the network interface that is on 2.0.0.2 (where MM is sending)
2- double click the "ArtNet-In-0" device, it will show all channels. Check that the device is receiving data coming from MadMapper
3- verify that the Enttec Pro is started (check the box next to the device name)
4- double click the Enttec Pro and verify that values from ArtNet channels are correctly transfered there
The problem is somewhere in point 1-2 or 3
