    Portrait orientation

    by flight404 » Thu Oct 03, 2019 5:03 pm

Hello, Im pretty new to madMapper. Im working with projection on a curvy object and am using a 3D scan to orient and a followup mesh warp and mask to clean up the edges. However, the final version will have the projector turned 90 degrees to make it portrait orientation and am unclear as to the best way to account for this within the madMapper application.

Trying to drag mesh-warp dots is much more challenging if you have to move it right-left in the application in order to effect the up-down in the projection. Hurts my brain. What is the work flow for dealing with this?

    Thanks.

can't you just setup projector rotation under system prefs ? that way you should be able to work rotated in madmapper ..
