Communication between Madmapper and Ableton Live

Hello
I try to control MadMapper with midi notes from Ableton Live. It works fine on Mac. I'm working with MadMapper 4.
But on Windows, there's no "MadMapper In" option inside the preference pannel. The list is empty. And of course Ableton Live can't see "MadMapper In" when I go in the Ableton Live preferences.
However when I connect a midi controller on the pc, it appears in the midi input list.
I've tried on 2 pc. Same problem.
Do I need to do something in my windows preferences ? Do I need to install something ?
