Indeed MadMapper versions 4.0.5 and 3.7.9 are now available: in addition to bringing new FX (4.0.5), they also and especially fix the known UI and NDI bugs on macOS Big Sur

These two versions allow you to use MadMapper properly on macOS Big Sur, but do not hesitate to share any feedback with us

I have an urgent issue.
MM4.0.5 won't open in Windows 10.
libssl-1_1-x64.dll not found
libcrypto-1_1.dll not found

Is is possible to download 4.0.4 as an emergency?

I just had this problem upon installing a fresh version of Windows + MM.

I found my system was missing OpenSSL which I downloaded from here:
https://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html

I did not download the light version, and after installing I was able to start MM without the need to reinstall.

We updated MadMapper 4.0.5 for Windows to fix this issue. Latest version on yourspace will work as expected. Sorry for this issue.

I had such other report from a user on macOS 10.13. Can you tell me what you os version is ? And computer specs ?

Ok,
It seems to be an issue with macOS 10.13 and the build we did with macOS 10.15 SDK.
Please download from yourspace the MadMapper build for older macOS releases. It works perfectly on macOS 10.13.
