Just got one of these in the mail and did a few tests. For 12 eur it does what is meant to. The YUY2 options are giving good frame rates up until 1024x768 but the MJPG options give smooth motion in HD. While the max output is HD the device can take a 4K image and the output remains smooth. The delay is not too bad but noticeable. It is made from metal runs hot but nothing too bad.

One question about audio. The basetech device displays incoming audio signal, trough the preferences window, but I cant figure out how to send the signal trough the output. There is no tick box, like there is with video files on the right lower side.

How can I enable output of this audio?

MadMapper doesn't support audio-monitoring yet.

However, on Mac I successfully tested passing the audio from a capture device through by using Quicktime Player --> File --> New Audio Recording --> Select your capture device's audio input --> increase the audio output level / monitoring slider up, and you should hear the audio through the output.

There may be a similar way to do that on Windows but I never tried it yet.
