Does Madmapper have an effects engine for creating chases over DMX/Artnet?

Hello, I've been using Beam for Live to generate DMX out of Ableton Live.

The feature I'm really missing is an effects engine to be able to quickly program chases, especially with respect to the positions of fixtures on stage.

Long term I plan to use madmapper so I can control lights, lasers and projection with Ableton as the media/control source.

I've been looking at Showbuddy Active which has a built in effects engine some of the pixel mapping features of Madmapper.

I am wondering if Madmapper has an effects engine for creating chases over DMX/Artnet?

There are lots of tools to make chase effects in MadMapper. Just using a simple visual like the "Line Patterns" one, playing with smoothness / tickness / speed / colors etc. gives a lot of possibilities. Then you can place your DMX fixtures freely over the visual.

Ok thanks. I need to put some time into testing this out using the madmapper demo before I buy. It takes me a long time to patch the fixtures and annoyingly I then cannot save.

Indeed, saving is disabled in demo version. Some people take a 1 month license for validating the tool. Not ideal but that's an option
