Dual Projectors in MM

Hey all

Using an iMac for an upcoming gallery show. I need to run two projectors off it.

I do not have the 2nd projector right now to experiment, and I basically need to go in on Friday and set up and be ready to go. so I was hoping for some help with some questions..

1. will MM recognize the 2nd projector in the output options?
2. Can I map multiple panels (i.e., left of stage, right of stage) with different video, or do they both need to be projecting the same output?
3. do I need to use the same model projectors or is this not an issue? I have an epson and not sure what the gallery is supplying me with yet.

If anyone can help or can share their procedure for dual projectors in MM that would be awesome.

Thanks!

esb

BTW

the iMac has the dual thunderbolt plugins. will that support two projectors?

1 - you need a MAtrox TRiple or Dual head to Go.
With this you can drive up to 3 projectors.

2 - To map multiple videos, we have a tutorial online:

3- it is not an issue, although color output might differ from projector to projector

4- thunderbolt won't work - and i don't think there are any thunderbolt/mini display port projectors around yet
