    by bennyS » Thu Sep 06, 2012 7:02 am

Could anyone tell me how to completely uninstall MadMapper?

I've been having some problems and am hoping a reinstalling from scratch will fix.

    Cheers,

    Hello Benny,

Besides removing the application you can remove the MadMapper preferences file. It is located in the following directory:

    yourhomedirectory/Library/Preferences/com.garagecube.MadMapper.plist

If your problem persists please send us a message to support [at] garagecube [dot] com.

If you no longer want to use MadMapper on this computer, remember to de-authorize it before removing it (menu MadMapper | De-authorize MadMapper...)
