    i have PRO Mk2 and I'm having problems outputting DMX,, when i go preference, then to DMX Output, i only see two options (none or ArtNet) PRO Mk2 does not use ethernet.. so ArtNet is not going to work. how to i get the light to show :(

    I'm Having the same issue, only the artnet and none issues. I am however able to control DMX via PRO-Manager. ANyone know why madmapper's not seeing the Enttec?

    There are two possible drivers for Enttec Pro.
    MadMapper uses the one that is installed by default on OSX (called VCP for Virtual Com Port). If you installed D2XX driver (for instance to update firmware), the other one is disabled. Hopefully there is a simple tool to switch for one driver to the other: http://macdownload.informer.com/ftdidrivercontrol/
    Just start it and press the button to activate "Simple Serial" (that's the VCP driver)
    Let me know if that's not your issue
