    Madmapper to a separate laptop

    by soave.ryan » Wed Jul 10, 2013 10:52 pm

I was wondering if it was possible to run Modul8 on one MacBook and then output to Madmapper which is being run on another MacBook. If possible what hardware would be needed for connection?

you would need an external capture card, quicktime compliant,
susch as a matrox MXO2 (untested and known for bad drivers)
or a Decklink Intensity Extreme or Shuttle (using Thunderbolt) (untested too, should be working).

Currently tested using a PCI-express Intensity Pro in a MacPro (working)
