Mapping Triangles to a Low Poly Model

I have a low poly model, I was trying to create individual triangles in mad mapper for every triangle on my low poly shape, but it became a bit maddening ( pun intended ). I have the low poly as a 3d model, and I've also been able to export it as an AI file. I'm wondering, is there a way to easily map this data to a triangle in Madmapper? or do I have to draw them individually. I think I saw something like this built into MadMapper 2.0 beta, but I can't figure out how to get a copy of that.

Thanks!

you need to subscribe to the beta program (on yourspace) to get MM 2.0 beta.
In 2.0 you can import 3d objects directly into MM - in .obj format -
