how to add a new testcard

Sorry for the silly question but...In the library the testcards are up to 16x16. I would add a 18x18 and 20x20.png new testcard. How can I make it?
Can't figure this out. thank you.

make an image file like you want and import it into MM.

meanwhile, in MM 2.5 (coming soon, beta release during the mapping festival), we have now a testcard generator, which can go up to 32x32 ...
