    Are Madmapper sending OSC information?

Ok to receive, but I can not find how to send it

I'm trying to do this with VEZER, it works with other software like Resolume, but Madmapper does not seem to send osc.

I Looking o/c on my computer with OSC DATA MONITOR imposible do see anything.

Are Madmapper realy able to send OSC information?

    Hi,
MadMapper sends OSC for all assignments you created (see all in Controls dialog / OSC). For instance if you map OSC address "/toto" to "/surfaces/Quad 1/opacity", then when you change the opacity, MM will send the value on OSC address "/toto".
This is used for feedback. You have to specify the OSC feedback port in MM Preferences / OSC.
The default behavior of MM (OSC feedback mode "Auto") is to send OSC feedback to all OSC clients that sent any OSC message to MM. So MM keep the list of IP addresses from which it received OSC and will send feedback to each of those. You can also specify a custom IP address where MM should send OSC feedback (also in MM Preferences / OSC).
    Does it help ?

Yes, we don't automatically send all changes in OSC. There are many conrols on each surfaces, when changing presets it would send hundreds of messages. It could be tested though, that might not be a problem...

    Yes it's good choice.

On the other hand I try your example with VEZER, and it record's OSC address "/ toto", but Madmapper does not understand it when it is returned. It seems to react only for "/ surfaces / Quad 1 / opacity".

I made these tests on betaRC2.

Are you sure you selected MadMapper as the output of the OSC Value track ? I just checked and at first I thought it doesn't work because by default ezér assigns the output to "Vezér OSC Output 1"

That does not really matter if MadMapper's OSC input using the same OSC port as "Vezér OSC Output 1" - Vezér using port 8000 by default, as far as I know MadMapper using the same.

Just did a small test on my side, but seems to working on my side: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x551b0W ... e=youtu.be
