I would like to know if in MadMapper can be programmed or sequenced, since what I take is for example that when I project something I can give it to a key and that automatically I load another frame.

Not at the moment, but if you use a sequencer application like Vezér you can easiely program switching picture on surfaces automatically, with OSC or MIDI control.

Will there be a windows version? Or any other similar software for windows?

Any MIDI sequencer would be fine. Personnaly on Windows I use Ableton Live but I suppose you should find something more minimalistic.
If you don't want to "program" changing picture, but do it live manually, you can use computer keyboard. Just assign the control "/medias/per_type_selection/next_image" to a computer keyboard key. Pressing this key will then loop into the images for the currently selected surfaces.
