For those who use Syphoner, it doesn't open on Yosemite… It will get updated as soon as possible…

I've been having tons of problems with Mad Mapper 1.7 beta 2 and 1.6.4 being very laggy on yosemite. Lag in the sense of navigating menus and basic unresponsiveness. When it's minimized I don't have any problems. I've been using mad mapper for the past 2 years and haven't had these types of problems.

Im finding MadMapper 1.6.4 and 1.6.5 unusable on Yosemite.

Serious lag and ui bugs that slow everything down. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

I had a lot of lag the other day outputting 2x1920x1080 on my non retina mbp… but it was probably not related to yosemite… didn't have any problem with mm interface.

You know what .. screw it I am NOT upgrading .. Its free but it comes with issues that will cost me way more in time and headaches.

The main reason for upgrading to Yosemite is that it fixed the core image memory leak that was causing lots of issues with video apps and Quartz Composer.

Apart from the MadMapper issue everything else is working fine.

Yeah no issue so far.

On mavericks a simple Video Input > Blur > Billboard would drain all the memory quiet quickly not having these issues any more.

There has been some issues with the Javascript patch and still has the issue with editing meshes when the viewer is running but apart from that all good.

One note is that the only Plug-In i have found not to work is Kineme Data Tools and a updated version has been posted to the Quartz Composer Facebook group that works on Yosemite.

Hi all !
Donnot update at the moment. There is a major performance issue.
One has been fixed (the one that makes the app unresponsive, we'll post a new beta soon).
For the other one we're still investigating but it happens in other applications as weel, seems to be graphic driver related. Not easy, so please let us some time to fix that (maybe there's nothing to do on our side and an OSX update will solve...)
