i'm interested if there is any difference in performance between 10.9 to 10.12 osx ?

for example : i'm running 10.9.5 on a macpro 2013 6core / d700 , moving to a newer system will change anything regarding madmapper ?

Personnaly I have no issues with latest macOS versions with MadMapper. At some point you'll have to update anyway because apple will no more maintain 10.9. I moved the MacPro to 10.13 and tested with 4x1080p outputs with full FPS.
I always do a full HD backup before updating, in case I have any regression. Carbon Copy Cloner does the job.
