    by Shiftglitch_visuals » Wed Aug 01, 2018 8:27 pm

    hello friends ,
After reading a lot of articles and tutorials I really want to try my hands on Led mapping but to do that I really need to know the basic setup to control madlights (upto 25-30 led strips)

What are the hardwares which are required For eg - entecc dmx, dmx dimmer etc.
and how to connect all these to madmapper?

    Please help :?:

You can check the LEDs by garageCube. That's an easy solution to start with. You can control 8 meters with a single USB DMX box, if you want more you use an ArtNet->DMX node (some have 16 DMX outputs, you just connect it on the same network than the computer running MM)
If you choose other LEDs you might have a look at Advatek Pixlite controller. You send network DMX (though ArtNet or sACN) to it and it drives LEDs.
