Trouble shooting with Restart Movie Function

I used MADMAPPER 3.6.2. in Ouagadougou for the "Dialogue de Corps" Festival. But when I was in performance, the "restart movie function" allways send the last frame where it was stopped...
I explain : I stop at the 42 seconds of the movie. When I use the cue, it put FOR ONE FRAME sounds and picture of the 42 seconds, and THEN read it from the first beginning of the movie.

So I get a dirty "video flash" in my show, very inconfortable for me, when the cue was pressed. And after everything's back to normal.

Is there a fix for this problem ?

Thanks for the team and all the work you do.

Joyeuses Fêtes de Fin d'Année !

Hi,
You can check in the inspector if Loop Start and Loop End are stored for this visual ? Also check that Position is not stored (in case you added it manually in Edit Cues mode)
If that's not the case and you know a way to reproduce it, let me know.
If you're on macOS, let me know if you're using the AVFoundation player, in which case deactivated "Enable hardware acceleration" might help.
Cheers
