Hey all,

I just recently bought the one month version of MadMapper and had a stroll through the material library.
Unfortunately when I try to install one of the many public materials I get the message: "Please activate MadMapper to install this material".

I downloaded the version from yourspace and have entered the key that I was sent by MadMapper. I can store my project so I am pretty sure that I am using the full version (and not the still installed Demo by accident : P ).

Is there another step I need to take before fully activating this product?

to download a material you have to login with your forum account.
there's a login/logout button in the material library

Hi there, I'm experiencing the same issue. I downloaded the most recent version of MadMapper from yourspace, entered my serial, logged into my forum account in the material library, and still get this error message "Please activate Madmapper to install this material." Let me know if I'm doing something wrong!

how? de-authorize mad mapper on my computer??
