Running a 3-Display Mapping at a children hotel

We have an installation in a children hotel with 3 Displays - We use MadMapper for mapping differenz animations on a 11m wall. For this, we use a high-end windows-based mediaserver with a GTX 1060 with 4 Display Ports (HDMi & Display Ports).

https://www.maerchenhotel.ch/de/Maerche ... uerKoenige

Mad Mapper is running smooth and stabile - also the different animation are easily to change by using the numbers.

Unfortunately, after every second restart (usually in the morning), the server or madmapper get another order of the displays...due to that, our client has to reorder all displays new - every 2. day.

We have different ways trying out what the point is
- using emulators to provide always the same display signal
- using fiber hdmi cable for long distance (10m)
- exploring a matrix-device for steering the displays-outs

None of these ways has lead us to a proper solution...

--> Is there a solution to provide a stabile running of madmapper with windows with 3 Displays?

Thanks a lot for the Feedback and best greetings from Switzerland
Roman

Are graphics drivers up to date ? Windows 10 & up to date ?
Normally when the connections don't change, the OS will restore the outputs at the same position in the OS desktop coordinate system. We have not had such feedback until now so there must be something in your setup.
