HDMI Capture dropping

I have two different USB3.0 HDMI capture devices that both connect and work perfectly. The problem is that they lose connection after various amounts of time. I have gone into USB3.0 hub properties and selected to not allow it to turn off USB and I have also selected in Madmapper to keep the connection running. No matter what at some point the signal will stop streaming and the only way to get it back is to close and relaunch madmapper. Is there any way to keep this from happening and, or is there any way to get the signal back without a relaunch?
Windows 10
Intel i7
16GB Ram
Nvidia 960

I have two different units and neither have brand names (one is Hornettek HT-VC01, other has no name markings https://www.amazon.com/if-link-Capture- ... merReviews).
As far as I can tell they have no drivers and work with windows straight out of the package. I am using version 3.6.5

I still have not gotten any resolution to this problem. The worst part is having to shutdown and restart the program in the middle of an event to regain connection with the capture card.
Is there any way (while madmapper is running) to do a resync with hardware?
After testing the Capture cards with other software types I have determined this is not a Windows issue the disconnects only happen in Madmapper

mmm... have you tried with a branded capture card such as a blackmagic ?
I'm afraid it might be difficult for us to support unbranded products,
although we like the idea to be compatible with as many devices as possible.

Can you tell me which hardware you're using ? We'll buy one to debug this issue.

Hi !
Yes we could reproduce and solve the issue. It could affect other device too. So many thanks for your report !
We're finalizing MadMapper 3.7.2 which will contain the fix. We'll post here and send a newsletter.
Kind Regards
Matthieu - MM team

So great to hear! When will the update be released? I have a large event for the NFL on Sunday and would much prefer to use Madmapper than VST.

Issue is not resolved and now there are different problems.
I was sent the 3.72 install and ran it.
Now after a very short time the whole system stops working and the output screen freezes. I am able to move around in the software and close out the software but any changes of surfaces are not visible and use of presets stops.
I have sent the log

The build process of the version I sent you failed. Please use the link sent through the support. It should fix.
