Hi - I can't seem to use imported video files... I'm just testing the demo version right now and all the 'in the box' content works fine, but as soon as I try to use .mov files from eleswhere I just get a screen of garbled noise...any ideas??

It happens with any movie ?
macOS or Windows ?
If Windows, are your graphic drivers up to date ?
