HAP Encoding on Windows

Does anyone know of a good, clean, easy way to encode to HAP+Alpha on Windows 10? I use AVF Batch Encoder on Mac (works great), but haven't had much luck finding something that does the trick for Win 10.

You can export HAP on Windows:
- from any application that supports QuickTime after installing the HAP quicktime plugin:

- from FFMPEG, as explained on this page:
