MadMapper Update Notification

I have a bunch of installations that run MadMapper.
Computers are custom built with direct power on.
MadMapper file auto-launches in full-screen.
Unfortunately, if this reboot happens and there's an update available, it doesn't auto-launch in full screen because the update notification dialog requires an answer to continue to launch.
Is there a way to avoid this? Hate getting client calls, know what I mean?
