Hey guys i got trash can with 10.13 installed and try 3.7.1 and 3.7.3 and 3.7.2
got this wired thing is material editor open but not show up the text content , jute white blank status , any idea?

Material Editor uses HTTP protocol. Do you have anything filtering network traffic on your computer ?
