Thanks Matt, does this method also circumvent needing multiple madmapper licenses? I found an example of this usage but it says to load madmapper into the startup folder which makes me imagine that each vivostick needs to have a separate license.No miniMAD Light doesn't support sending DMX data to USB-serial port at the moment.
You can use a 100$ mini PC for it: compute stick or vivo stick. I can play 1080p30 h264 smoothly with a 3 years old Vivostick, and the GPU isn't bad.
Hi Matt, unfortunately that won't work for me, I built a series of art pieces that I am trying to sell to clients with a loop of scenes running on them.That's correct. But you can remove deactivate a machine and activate another one freely when needed.
