4 video channels output from Madmapper

Hello guys,
I am experiencing an issue which is probably not complicated to solve but I need your help there.
I have an Nvidia P5000 GPU running on Windows 10 for large screen display from a single computer. Every single Display Port on the P5000 is outputting a signal which is amplified to the projectors via a Gefen HD Base-T transmitter/receiver. The projectors are the exact same type (1920x1080).
We are projecting simultaneously on 2 mirrored surfaces (2 projectors per surface) using madmapper to make realtime warping, edge blending and playing video.
At the startup of the system something goes wrong with the displays positions: everytime I restart the system, there is a mess with the screens. However, on the madmapper output window the 4 outputs just look fine and video textures are playing well in the correct position. But on the physical screens, everything is mixed up. I have to re-assign the projectors destination in madmapper all the time to correct this issue. As soon as I restart the computer I have the exact same problem. Is there a problem with Windows 10 ? NVidia? Madmapper?
