Just downloaded MadMapper, version 3.7.4, and found that it crashes on startup. It will show a splash screen for a second then automatically close out. Every time I try to reopen, it shows a dialogue to submit a crash report, and the process repeats.

I tried downloading the older version 3.3.3 and get the same results.

I am running windows 10 Pro version 1903 on a Dell Precision 5520 with processor "Intel Core i7-7820HQ (Quad Core 2.90GHz, 3.90GHz Turbo, 8MB 45W, w/Intel HD Graphics 630)", graphics processor "NVIDIA Quadro M1200 w/4GB" and 16GB of ram.

I thought the issue might have to deal with my corrupted python installations, but I got the same result after uninstalling / reinstalling python2, python3. Let me know what I might try in order to resolve this issue.

First make sure all your graphic card driver(s) are up to date,

then - did you send a crash report?

I am also having this problem.
3.7.4 on windows 10 pro 1909 intel i5-8400 @2.8ghz, 16gb ram, geforce gtx 1060 gb ram. Ive tried restarting and reinstalling this version and previous version of mad mapper. I have also submitted a support ticket.

it was crashing when it was plugged into 2 projectors via HDMI.
It is booting now it is plugged into 1 DVI screen...

I have tried opening mad mapper to an empty file with just a dvi cord, that works. Then moving to a 2 projector set up works with new files. I think maybe opening my file and having it full screen on two screens then crashes MM and causes problems with it starting up again.. so it may be a problem with the file. I have a newer show file that I will try tomorrow. (I'm in australia) and I will report back.
Some other extra info: I started this project on mac and moved it to PC.

I was able to updat4e my graphics card, but this did not fix the issue.
