Send video out of blackmagic decklink card

Hello everyone. Trying to send a projector feed out of madmapper to an output of a decklink sdi pcie card. For example, I have two DeckLink SDI PCie cards, one for video in and the other to send video out via the SDI out. Currently, we are using a syphon>blackmagic program to send the projector to syphon and then to blackmagic, but we are noticing a massive delay. I saw that it might be possible to send the projector directly out of madmapper through the decklink, but I see no option for that. Does anyone have any experience with this?
