I am unable to unable to launch recently installed MadMapper Demo 3.7.5 0n my MacBook Pro.
Model configuration is:Mac OS Catalina, 10.15.3, 2,5 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
16 GB, Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB.
At the same time I downloaded Windows version demo to a New Windows 10 PC and was able to lunch the demo on that machine. Any suggestions to trouble shoot running this on my Mac?

does it crash, what happens exactly ?

Currently I am working with Benoit on this issue through the support site. If and when a solution is found I will update with a reply. The issue I am having may be specific to my MacBook Pro. What is happening is that when I attempt to load the program it does not load, becomes unresponsive and I then have to force quit. Special thanks to Benoit for your assistance so far.

After downgrading my MacBook Pro from Catalina to Mojave I was able to successfully launch MadMapper Demo 3.7.6 I suspect that their are problems with Catalina that had nothing to do with MadMapper. In addition to not being able to load MadMapper under Catalina I was experiencing the same "program is unresponsive" while trying to use zoom. Zoom would not recognize my camera, and would hang anytime I tried to do anything that involved video (my camera was working with FaceTime.) Thanks to Benoit for his help through tech support.

I have MAdMapper running with Catalina, so I assume the problem was related to your computer...

like franz says, you can use MadMapper on Catalina indeed... - its fully optimized since a couple of versions

Still, after reading your post about (all) the issues you had on Catalina, switching back to Mojave was a nice move (at least for now...)
