About the sound of live input

Hello.
I have one problem now.
This is the live input using the capture card.
No matter how much I search the forums, the issue is not being discussed, so I am writing this.
I am trying to play the video and sound of an external set-top box on Madmapper using a USB TO HDMI capture device.
However, the video plays correctly, but the sound does not play.
I've tested both versions of Mad Mapper 3.7.11 and 4, but no good results.
The same goes for NDI and Blackmagic web Presenter.
What am I doing wrong?
