    Problem with loop playback

    by kreiner » Tue Feb 06, 2024 9:12 am

    Hi All,

I’m encountering a peculiar problem where a 10-second video loop only plays the first few frames, and this occurs sporadically. The issue persists regardless of the format used (HAP or H.264) or whether hardware acceleration is enabled. Could anyone assist in identifying and resolving the underlying cause of this problem?

    I'm using 5.5.4 windows 10.

    Thank you!

The behavior can be seen here:

Not a known issue. Could you send to support@madmapper.com a mail with a link to project file & link to the movie ? We'll try to reproduce and solve the issue.
You can also attach the log file of a session where you reproduced the issue (menu Tools / Show log files)
