Multi-Projector help

Hi Everyone, as I said in my other thread, I am very new to this. Not sure if there are other forums I should start with but I have a multi-projector question.
I have three projectors. two of them will be portrait one will be landscape. What is the ideal way to set this up and get started? I heard the space scanning will only do one projector, I don't think you can draw your outlines in mad mapper, so how do you do it?
I kinda want to also use the edge blending if I can... I am hoping to start drawing or capturing my outlines in June, so trying to figure it out before hand.
