Launch MadMApper on your old machines, then go in the MadMApper menu section,
and while connected to the internet, de-authorize MadMapper.
Once de-authorized, you can authorize the app on new machines.
Forgetting to do so wil drive your through the support, and take you some more time (needed to verify and process your request)

Hi! I deauthorized madmapper from my older laptop and would like to add it to my new laptop. I tried emailing
support@garagecube.com, and I haven't gotten a reply in over 2 days. I have a show tonight and really need the help. Is the garagecube email working right now?
Thank you,
Tim

Hi, you don“t need the support for de-authorize!
You only need a working network.
When you de-authorize your old macbook, you are able to authorize your new macbook.
support(at)garagecube(dot)com should work perfectly. never had a problem with the support.
hope this helps you.

Also, if you don't have access to the machine anymore, you can remotely reset it in your yourspace page.
Be aware that you will be able to reset each licence one time, after which you will have to wait one year before using the remote reset again.
