Hi,
I'm using madmapper on my macbook pro retina 15,
and as it's possible to connect up to 3 outputs (projectors)
to my computer, is it possible to control each one separately
with madmapper?

For the moment you can use an unsupported hack by duplicating that app as many times needed. MM is very low latency so this is not such an obstacle as an inconvenience.

A beta of 1.5 should be out soon and this provided proper multi-projection support. I do not have an ETA for the beta release.
