Ok so we are having a very strange issue. When we map images (most, but not all) they won't display properly. Like if I have a green background image with some text in the center, it will only display faded green until the image has been stretched beyond the projector's viewable area, at which point it will display the entire image. I've attached some screen shots.
OSX 10.9
MM 1.5.1 and 1.5.2
MacBook Pro 2013 15 inch
Also, notice that the image isn't properly displaying on the INPUT side, either.

Hey for the first part of the issue "Glitch" the reason is that in your input the quad is out of the input area once you bring it back in it should fix.
As for why the image doesnt show up just try to change the format like from jpeg to png or the other way around and it should work.
Another thing you can do is to simply use something like modul8 or resolume .. if you have one and put the image there it should work fine.
if still doesnt work try diff image if that works then the image has issues.
The key to solving an issue is to narrow it down .. good luck

Unfortunately it doesn't matter where the input quad is located, the problem persists. The file format doesn't make a difference, although I will say that SOME images work, while most do not. The problem also persists in Modul8, but I made a working app in Jitter that works fine (but lags hard). Trying to solve it by narrowing, but it's a bizarre problem and evades narrowing. I think it's either a Mavericks problem (came on the machine, not my fault) or an issue with the video card's GL shaders or something.
