Hello there,

Does anybody know a solution for installing a fresh new copy of madmapper or something that prevents my madmapper from Crashing EVERY TIME!
Every version keeps crashing 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 not only on mavericks but also on mountain lion.
I've tried everything but nothing seems to solve my problem! Even transfered the full copy of madmapper, that works perfectly on a mac with mavericks, from my girlfriend's mac (the other one with the 2 computer license) and it keeps crashing.

Does it have anything to do with these new mac retina's with the new GeForce?

It seems that there is a crash in QuickTime thread happenning in the nVidia graphic driver in Mavericks only. We haven't solved it yet. Other applications are experiencing the same issue. We suppose it can be solved on our side, but it's hard to say until we are able to reproduce it. So please send details yo our support team.
What we need to know:

- have your crashlog
- system version
- graphic cards on the machine
- does it happen only when fullscreen is activated ?
- does it happen with any QuickTime file ? or only with specific ones ? what are the characteristics or the QuickTime file and can you send us one ?

We would like to solve that issue asap but we need your collaboration.

Hi,
We could reproduce that issue using Apple Intermediate codec in very high resolution, with audio and timecode. We are working on it and let you know.
