Hello there,

So, I have purchased Madmapper, and downloaded all the Madlab application.
Though some of them work fine (like Graphic Pattern, MadLine..), the others just crash before it starts (like Mad Doubler or Gridmaker).

I would really need thoses, and I would love to read some answers about that.

I'm runing them on a macbook pro with os 10.6.8.
Please tell me additionnal informations that you would need.

Please contact the support and include your crash logs as a TXT file attachment.
Tell them exactly which ones do work, and which ones do NOT work properly.

They should run fine on 10.6.8, but are very ;likely to crash on 10.8/10.9,
since they are Quartz-based, and the quartz framework hasn't been given any love from apple since 10.6.
