    STARWAY DisD Processor 8

    Im' trying to use a STARWAY DisD Processor 8 ( 8 univers Artnet) but i can't manage to connect to it;
    im' using a macbook pro retina with the thunderbolt ethernet.

    With the Enttec OPEN DMX i get it working Straight away.

    As anyone got an answer or experienced the same ?

    I wouldn't generally recommend Starway products as they are quite cheap...

    When plugging it to your Mac, can you ping it ?
    Is it in the right address range ?
    I think you first have to configure it using the bundled software

    I had it passe over for free that why ;)
    I finally managed to connect it.
    I had to put the ip address : 2.16.0.3 on the thunderbolt ethernet (wich apparently is the fix address for this kind of ArtNet device) and it worked straight away !!
