Pretty stunned at how good the LED scanner is...simply amazing. But for some reason it always results in missing the first fixture. For example I have 9*30 pixel fixtures, starting at universe 0 chan 1. The procedure apprears as expected, lighting up the first/last pixels of the first fixture, but the result is invariably missing the first light. The first fixture start at chan 90 onwards, and 8 fixtures total. Am I doing something wrong? I have my end universe and chan correct to my knowledge, perhaps there's something else that's missing?

Did you contact support inbetween ? If not you can send the LED Scanner log here, I'll check what happened
