That's a crash in AMDRadeonX4000GLDriver.

1- Does it happen if TeamViewer is not running ? (I know for a big installation in Paris, a guy was using a Mac Pro with a Syphon custom app => MadMapper to driver one thousand LED bar. So the GPU was intensively used. He had a graphics driver crash almost once a day until he stopped TeamViewer... Weird...)

2- How often does it happen ? After how long ?
