Is that posible to link After Effect compostion to input window. Or each time i want to test my result i need to render my video and replace it in the input.

do you have any work flow to optimise the process

also have question on alpha is ther any special setting, codec or just expor from after effect with alpha.

you can use SIGMASIX´s tool Syphoner http://www.sigmasix.ch/syphoner/

with this tool you can select any application and send its screen via syphon to madmapper.
