Yes indeed : there is now a proper Audio module player with MadMapper v4.
The BETA is available on the Yourspace page and free if you own a v3 license. Give it a try!
Otherwise you can actually use a video including your Audio file (use a video editing software to create it) and mask it in order to only use the Audio track
