bigger layout for text and numeric field in the future?

would it be possible to resize text and numeric field (like using maxx) in the future? I mean text size, not field size
so that important info can be read into modules with just a blink of an eye?
And even, (while i'm still dreaming of it)...
the possibility for the numeric field to be changed by clicking in it and dragging the mouse (maxx - like, again).
also i'm about to wear glasses... but no update is possible for now.
