I would really really really like a browser support, either a browser in MM or a way to push a browser in an easy way to MM.

There are no browser (that I know of) with spout, and now I have to do it through OBS which hogs CPU power like a hungry hippo.

how about using NDI ?
did you try something like this:

that allows to capture any app window and turn it into a NDI source?
the app is called scan converter
(I haven't tested it personally tho')

Yes this works, but a basic browser would be so much simpeler.
